BU Indigenous Student Collective
The Brandon University Indigenous Student Collective (BUISC) provides services to Indigenous and non-Indigenous students. Services include an Elders’ Program, a Mentor Program, counselling, and social and cultural events. BUISC also organizes fundraisers and graduation events, and participates in the Canadian Federation of Students’ National Aboriginal Caucus “Where’s the Justice?” and Stolen Sisters campaigns for Aboriginal peoples’ rights.
All students are welcome to get involved. For more information about us, stop by the Indigenous Peoples’ Centre (located in the A. E. McKenzie Building), or call 727-7353.
