Physiotherapist - $25 per visit up to $200

Registered Massage Therapist - $25 per visit up to $200

Chiropractor - $25 per visit up to $200

Naturopath - $25 per visit up to $200

Acupuncture - $25 per visit up to $200

 Other in province expenses - 100% Coverage

 Hospital Room - Semi Private

 Medical Services - Including Dental Accident and Ambulance

 Vision Care - $125 per 24 months (Payable at 100% Deductable)

Eye Exams - $75 per 24 months

 Dental

Basic and Comprehensive Services (Includes: Cleaning, Fillings, Scaling, Endodonics, Periodontics) - 75% Coverage

Deductable - None

Recall Exams - Nine Months 

 Maximum dental benefit per year - $750 per year
